Packet Pick-Up Information

All participants are required to pick up their race packets at the Race Expo, which is FREE and open to the public. At the Race Expo you will receive your bib, timing chip, shirt and other race information. Exhibitor booths, sampling, merchandise sales, and other events are typically held at the Race Expo. If you cannot attend the Race Expo, you can add Race Day Packet Pick-up to your registration for a service charge of $25.

*Runners Photo ID is required to pick up your race bib and shirt. You may designate another person to pick up your race packet but a copy of YOUR photo ID will be required (a digital copy is acceptable).

5K Packet Pick-up*

beginning at 6:30am

*All Half Marathon + Rosé 5K Pairing participants can pick up their race packet (including their race bib) on Saturday morning before the 5K.

9:00am – 5:00pm

NOTE: Dogs are not allowed in Sonoma Plaza, except for service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability.

Race Day Packet Pickup

For half marathon participants, if you are unable to attend the Race Expo you may purchase Race Day Packet Pick-up for $25 and pick up your items on race morning.

You can add this upgrade during registration or after via your ACTIVE MyEvents account. Go to your account, find your 2020 Napa to Sonoma Wine Country Half entry, click Purchase Merchandise, and select Race Day Pick-Up.
